Erasing History: Should Confederate Monuments Be Removed?

Does removing Confederate monuments erase “our” history?  Or should we have two versions of history?

Was the Confederacy a virtuous cause or was it one of the most traitorous entities to ever exist inside of the United States?

On this Veteran’s Day 2018, I’d like to pay tribute the 360,222 American soldiers who died in their fight to end the Confederacy and ultimately emancipate millions of humans from slavery.
